The Tellus Mobi is a portable and powerful tablet computer and a fully featured speech generating device. The operating system in Windows XP home and the device has an 8GB hard drive and 1 GB RAM. It has high quality sound output, built-in switch jacks, a stand and Daessy-compatible mount plate integrated into the casing. It is supplied with a tailor-made carry case with shoulder strap and handle, so that it can be used out-and-about. The display is a mid-sized clear and bright touch screen.
The Mobi can be supplied with Mind Express software for communication. The Grid 2 can also be supplied or you can install your own.

The Tellus Mobi is available in a choice of colours. The display is an 8.4 inch SVGA touch screen. Lime green also available.
The Mobi has GEWA environmental control module installed, enabling the user to control appliances such as TV, DVD, CD and other appliances that have a regular remote control, from which codes can be trained onto the Mobi.
The Mobi has a built-in stand and plate compatible with the Daessy quick-release system, used for mounting devices to wheelchairs, desk mount or other for other positioning.
